I've been a part time mystery shopper for 15 years for other companies. I saw a local need for this, especially in restaurants. I've always been critical of service and wanted to put this effort into a business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I find quality, detail-oriented shoppers and our report turnaround is 48 hours from the visit to the owner.
